Michael A. Brown, MA is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MABMA Enterprises, LLC. Mr. Brown, a native Chicagoan, is a decorated United States Army veteran and an accomplished law enforcement professional who has dedicated his life to public selfless service in various low-to-middle income south suburban Chicago municipal police departments, having served a decade in correctional, patrol, traffic enforcement (DUI/seatbelt/speeding suppression operations), training, supervisory, administrative and internal affairs capacities. Mr. Brown is an advocate of education and is a graduate of Governors State University in University Park, Illinois, having been conferred a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Criminal Justice, Psychology and Philosophy) in 2006 and a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2012. Mr. Brown has attended numerous professional law enforcement courses, logging over 800 hours of law enforcement class hours. Mr. Brown serves as an innovative and fresh approach to leadership, training, and empowerment. He is a member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association.

Mr. Brown recognized during his military and law enforcement career that in this economy, the great-paying careers are hard to find. They often require advanced education beyond the confines of life's realities that show that, more often than not, families begin before the pursuits of one's desired career can be actualized. However, there are occupational fields that provide short-term training and are often gateways into careers. The desire to pursue their career path, once started, is often met with familial and child-rearing duties (lack of babysitters or great distances from child care to job training), monetary shortages, and lack of transportation to go to the multiple job training, uniform, child care, and pre-employment ancillary sites. These realities often leads to job seekers providing understandable reasons that often prohibit one's desire to gain the employment skills to obtain meaningful entry-level employment. It was on this need that MABMA Enterprises, LLC was born.
